Representative Jenn Hill has served Alger, Baraga, Dickinson, and Marquette Counties for the last year in Lansing. Jenn is an infrastructure advocate and nonprofit leader whose work has focused on building a more resilient Michigan. Growing up in the Midwest, Jenn learned the importance of hard work and service from her close-knit family who has come up to the UP to fish for generations.
Thanks to the power of education, Jenn pursued her interest in building sustainable communities, and for the last 25 years, she has led community-focused environmental, public health, and youth mentorship nonprofit programs. Elected to the Marquette City Commission in 2018, Jenn is a proven problem solver who brings people together, listens, and gets results on the issues that matter.
Jenn has made good on campaign promises, bringing millions in investment to the UP, securing free breakfast and lunch for all students for the first time in our state’s history, putting a firm end to Right to Work laws, supporting our retirees by repealing the retirement tax, protecting reproductive healthcare access, and so much more.
